Return and Refund Policy

 Returns

1. Return Period:

- Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
   - Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

2. Return Conditions:
   - Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
   - Products damaged or altered by the customer will not be accepted.
   - Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Process:
   - To initiate a return, send an email to our customer service at ibratsbg@gmail.com with your order number, reason for the return, and photos of the product if necessary.
   - You will receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
   - Pack the items securely and attach the provided shipping label to the package.

4. Return Receipt:
   - Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions.
   - You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your return.

 Refunds

1. Refund Processing:
   - Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the return is approved.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
   - You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

2. Shipping Costs:
   - Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product).
   - In the case of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

 Exchanges

1. Requesting an Exchange:
   - To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
   - Shipping costs for the new order are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective or Incorrect Items

1. Defective or Incorrect Product:
   - If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately  with your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue.
   - We will provide instructions on how to return the item and receive a replacement or refund.
